Talking Toes x Eugenia Clara
There’re some lifestyles brand that I really love and there’s one
I got the privileged to collaborate with; Talking Toes.
I really value their brand vision and live up to the stories behind it. Apart from a nicely design socks— what makes Talking Toes extra special is (the only one in the world, plus two successful kickstarters campaign) it has this short and sweet self-affirmation phrase on the forefoot part of the socks— which no one can see but you, and you only.
The signature forefoot quote is like a tiny mighty little secret. One message, the last thing you see before you get on with the day, and the first thing that greeted you once you get home.
As a sock connoisseur; I love that concept and the thinking that went behind it. It’s a personal honour to work and collaborate with people that do what they love— and what they love intersect with what I believe in (and love) too.
Over the course months we worked closely to bring the ideas to life.

The Socks
“Take pride in how far you’ve come. Have faith in how far you can go.”
— A little note to self. You’ve already made it this far. You’ll make it further.
"If You Don’t Try, You’ll Never Know."
Inspired by lines from an old cartoon. When doubt strikes and you feel
you’ve dreamt too big, they act as a positive reminder for yourself
— ‘It’s up to you how far you go. If you don’t try you’ll never know!’
Each left and right sock has different phrase and patterns that blend seamlessly,
so whichever way you wear it, it still sends the same message without confusion.
The Visuals
I was also given total creative control of how I want to make the visual identity and all the pre to post launch going to be.
My ideas are to extend the doodles and colorful concept from the socks design— bring that visions to life. While also building a clear structure to the key visual so it translate well to different collaterals (website, eDM, contents, and all).

Prelaunch
Prior to launch, I'm making series of instagram stories as teasers of the collaboration (uploaded on both channel).
Utilizing typography while casually throw a little hints here and there. Made on Photoshop and After Effects.
The Launch
On Launch day, I'm making the short videos to highlights the products with CTA to the website,
and 3 contents on Instagram Grids (and Facebook). Made on Photoshop x After Effects.

Postlaunch
For the postlaunch, Talking Toes and I promote to the market and channels both offline and online. Serie of Instagram Stories highlight are made to keep the buzz going, along with sharing photos of the products and the people. Overall— this had been one of my proudest hits home (wearable) art collaboration I love.
