What does Eugenia Clara, Creative Strategist on TikTok do?
First, I sat on the TikTok for Business in Jakarta, Indonesia, in a team of Global Business Solution — Marketing. Think of it like, Business Marketing. I create demand within Businesses (enterprises) and Advertisers (brands, agencies) who wish to leverage TikTok Ads Solutions in their advertising campaign.
As Creative Strategist, I wear multiple hats!
I initiated industry thought-leaders and narrative in creativity especially in short-form, empowering brands and advertisers to navigate new technologies, best practices, and scalable creative solutions for for brands, advertisers, and agencies.
By leveraging data and analytics, I optimized creative performance, fostering brand awareness and adaptation for TikTok ads solutions, and that includes the creative strategy and market insights as well!
All while I led TikTok for Business' advocacy efforts at industry level, either through industry events (MMA Smarties, Citra Pariwara) and spearheaded creative at scale education through internal programs, workshops, and engagements, ensuring brands effectively utilize the power of TikTok, the new era of creativity, and the era of contents.
TL;DR — anything related to strategically use creativity in TikTok for Business, I'm the person!

✦ Speaking engagement; I've been lucky to do 10+ and counting public speaking opportunity on TikTok's own public events in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia — as well 2x speaking at external event such as Citra Pariwara Indonesia, and GroupM Commerce Day — talking about Creativity with TikTok!
✦ Lead on engaging with creative industry awards & external outreach such as MMA Smarties & Citra Pariwara Indonesia
✦ Educating & Engage with total 1000+ C-level, Director and Manager, Planner, an Executives either Creative At Scale or via 1:1 Brands & Agencies engagement unlocking Creativity via bespoke workshop, custom solution, and consultancy during my tenure (and still ongoin).
✦ Band together with Marketing Communication teams, developing TikTok for Business comms plans, contents for any offline and online amplifcation.
So, a lot of strategic and high-level in creative realm, while keeping my DNA as creative person at heart. Cause I believe — everyone can be creative. And I love to advocate those, even for brands.
